The Chrome line features two products, both presented in the exclusive gold and silver chrome bottles. On the one hand, the balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI, in the gold packaging and made according to tradition with cooked must and wine vinegar. The 7-crown balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI has a distinct density, a persistent smell and a sweet-and-sour taste that goes well with intense flavours such as grilled meat, shellfish and cheese. The 3-crown version, with a less pronounced density, is ideal with salads, pinzimoni, marinated meat or fish and omelettes. On the other hand, the black condiment is made from acetified cooked must and presented in silver bottles. Its intense brown colour, pleasantly sweet-and-sour taste and balanced acidity make it a versatile product: in its less dense version No. 6, it goes well with salads, cooked or raw vegetables, grilled or roasted meat and omelettes.
