PDO Parmigiano Reggiano made from the milk of only Italian Alpine Brown Swiss, aged 24/30 months, aluminized and vacuum-packed freshness-saving packaging. EXCELLENCE: milk from the Bruna Alpina breed is rich in nutritive values and protein, resulting in a Parmigiano Reggiano with great roundness and harmony in flavors, rich in scents of hazelnuts, cooked butter, yogurt, hay and spices, its strong character and pleasant taste make it ideal for mealtime consumption. NATURAL AGING: The aging of our cheeses takes place in ancient structures with stone walls, built in the 1800s, this allows for a cheese that matures in a natural balance of temperature and humidity, expelling excess moisture and residual whey from processing, enhancing its fragrance and aromas. PACKAGING: To maintain the aroma and typical characteristics of the product, our products are packaged in vacuum-packed freshness-saving pouches with triple layer of aluminum in order to prevent oxidation and thermal shock.
