Description The Harvesting and Roasting Process Our coffee beans are sourced from Fairtrade Certified small family coffee farms in the heart of the Honduras coffee country. The single-origin coffee beans undergo a slow and intense roasting process to bring out their strong, lively flavor. After this, the beans are finely ground to the approximate espresso grade. Aroma and Flavor Notes The mild aromatic profile of Arabica coffee beans from this region in Honduras includes subtle fruit and caramel flavors. There is a honey development as the cup cools down. The espresso finishes with hints of chocolate. Due to the roasting process, as well as the choice of Arabica coffee beans, this blend has a light acidity that is not too powerful but adds a balance to the overall espresso.
